COVID VACCINES!(ARE FEVER, MUSCLE/JOINT ACHES, FATIGUE & SORENESS AFTER VACCINATION “COVID SIDE EFFECTS”?)

COVID VACCINES!(ARE FEVER, MUSCLE/JOINT ACHES, FATIGUE & SORENESS AFTER VACCINATION “COVID SIDE EFFECTS”?)The answer is no, No and NO! Those symptoms are actually caused BY “your” immune system! They are caused by chemical messengers called “Cytokines” that are released by our immune cells when they encounter a new pathogen that they must react to. When our body has to react to any infectious agent, it requires a complicated and coordinated “total-body” response, and a HUGE investment of the body’s energy and nutrients. Therefore your immune system puts out a “biological requisition” for those scarce resources. It’s the equivalent of the “rationing cards” for food, gas and other critical materials issued by our government during WWII. There was only so much of these things to go around, and the feds wanted most of them reserved for the military — so they limited access to them. Likewise, your body wants much of your energy, nutrients and so forth to be targeted to or reserved for your immune response until the infection (i.e. “war”) is cleared (i.e “over”). When we respond to infection, our immune system has to clone MILLIONS of T-cells and B-cells and other immune cells, and then churn out humongous amounts of new antibodies to flood our entire body in order to clear the infectious agent and provide protection against new infection. This will require a tremendous amount of energy, proteins, vitamins, hormones, minerals and plant-derived phytochemicals. A person can only expend a limited amount of energy in a 24 hour period. So your body’s goal in making you feel “ill” is to FORCE you to be tired and achy, so you will SIT/LAY down somewhere. Your immune system wants you to allow it to use the limited available resources to gear up and fight off the infectious challenge rather than go out dancing at a club! Why the fever? For the same reason you warm up your car engine in the morning before driving — a warmer body works more quickly and efficiently! (Thankfully we’re not lizards, otherwise we’d have to lay in the sun for hours in order to warm up.) Many people also experience loss of appetite. That’s because, unless you are suffering from malnutrition/starvation, your body and individual cells have enough “stored” internal nutrients and energy to last several days. So you don’t need to ingest “additional energy” that can potentially be “commandeered” while it’s circulating in your bloodstream by the pathogens trying to kill you!* So your body makes you not want to eat for a while to deny energy and nutrients to invading organisms and infected cells.Lastly, not everyone will experience the same symptoms or to the same degree. So just because you “didn’t” have severe fever, muscle and joint aches or fatigue doesn’t mean your immune system “isn’t” working! We’re all different and our immune systems react to given pathogens differently. So if you have these symptoms post vaccination, realize it is actually a “good” sign that your immune system is responding appropriately. But even if you don’t have a pronounced reaction after being vaccinated, you are almost certainly just fine. Studies looking at antibody responses in people who had very mild-to-minimal symptoms after vaccination show their “neutralizing antibody levels” are profound and protective. *[One of the reasons people with uncontrolled diabetes get runaway infections that lead to gangrene and tissue death is when the blood sugar is elevated, the excess sugar provides a tremendous amount of readily-available energy to pathogens. Bacteria and fungi, and viruses in infected cells can multiply faster than the immune system or even medications can kill them! Doubling time for human/mammalian cells is > 24 hours, whereas it’s only 20 – 30 MINUTES for bacteria! So denying energy to invading organisms is an effective strategy for helping to control them.]COVID-19 vaccines go through many tests for safety and effectiveness and are then monitored closely.Source: World Health OrganizationGet Vaccine Info
